At Monica & Mercer, we work with trusted production and shipping partners to deliver your gifts safely and efficiently.
Because many of our products are made to order or personalised, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item.
Processing Time
- Standard products: 2–5 business days
- Personalised/custom products: 3–7 business days
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website when available.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
